Nearly everybody owns a mobile phone these days, but not everybody has a good relationship with their service provider. What most people don't realise is that the contract you make with your service provider gives you the same rights as a contract for any other consumer service. As a result the Communications Act of 2003 was brought in to ensure that customers were treated fairly. The Act also ensures that every single service provider has a formal complaints procedure that is there to deal with your claim.
If you are having trouble with your service provider, and either want to solve the problem once and for all, or if you think that you deserve compensation the there are steps that you can take. Our Mobile Phone Dispute Compensation Pack outlines what constitutes a breach of the Communications Act and what steps you can take if your claim warrants compensation.
